Welcome to the Outstanding PolyU Alumni Association website.
It has been 12 years since the establishment of our Association. Over the years, we have provided a robust platform for Outstanding PolyU Alumni Awardees to give back to the alma mater through university-wide initiatives. This year, we are excited to introduce "Associate Members", an extended membership category for outstanding alumni awardees at the faculty and department levels. By welcoming Associate Members, we aim to create a vibrant network that not only enhances communication within the Association but also strengthens collaborations to further enhance the University's development through concerted efforts.
The Association organises distinctive programmes to enhance the education, research and knowledge transfer of PolyU. Each year, our members share their invaluable experiences with students and young graduates through our signature event, the "OPAA Master Class Speaker Forum." To nurture multi-talented individuals in the long run, the OPAA Scholarship Fund has also been established to support undergraduates who are committed to advancing the University's mission of creating social impact. Additionally, the Association will place greater emphasis on mentoring the young graduates by providing career guidance, empowering them to serve society and the Nation. Furthermore, we will continue strengthening our connections with PolyU research institutions and the alumni community in mainland China. By organizing visits to different cities, we aim to engage the PolyU community in national development and strive for global excellence.
It is my honour to work with the Board of Directors during this 2024-2026 term. By uniting both local and overseas members, I am dedicated to mobilising these distinguished graduates to continuously contribute to PolyU. I warmly invite you to explore our website and would welcome any insights you may have. Your support and participation are our biggest motivation.
