Dr Chan is Chairman of HKC International Holdings Limited, a company with businesses ranging from product development and retail of IT/telecommunications products to systems integration in Hong Kong, China, South East Asia and the US. Dr Chan has dedicated himself to social and community services and has served as the Board Member of World Vision Hong Kong (2007-2016), Council Member of Hong Kong Federation of Youth Groups since 2010, and Member of Communications Authority since 2020.
Dr Chan also served the Board of Directors of the Association from 2013 to 2016, and was the Deputy President from 2016 to 2018.
