Members Profiles - Ir Prof. TSUI Tack-kong

Prof. Tsui is an Authorized Person, a Registered Structural Engineer and Registered Geotechnical Engineer, who has over 50 years’ experience in the construction field. He was the First Chairman of the HK Branch of The Institution of Structural Engineers. Prof. Tsui has been giving unwaving support to PolyU over the past decades. He is a Founding Member of the PolyU Development Foundation, a Senior Advisor for the President on various on-going campus development projects and an Adjunct Professor of the Department of Building and Real Estate. Prof. Tsui also served the Board of Directors of the Association from February to December 2018.
