Members Profiles - Mr Alex LUI Chun-wan

Mr Lui, an accomplished architect and city planner, has made substantial contributions to Hong Kong's urban development in the past decades. He has led many prestigious projects locally and overseas, such as the Boston Logan International Airport Master Plan, the Beijing Henderson Centre and The Hong Kong University of Science and Technology campus. Between 2002 and 2008, he was Senior Advisor to Hysan Development Company Limited. Named a University Fellow of PolyU in 2017, he is currently Project Director of PolyU's Green Deck project, a community-based initiative that will turn the Cross Harbor Tunnel plaza into a sprawling green, recreational site for public enjoyment.  Having served on a number of professional and public bodies, he is also one of the recipients of the Outstanding BRE Alumni Award 2018 offered by the Department of Building and Real Estate of PolyU.  He was a member of the PolyU Council and Chairman of its Campus Development Committee, and is currently a member of the PolyU Court.
