Mrs Seng was Vice Chairman of Tricor HK and Offshore before her retirement and she was the CEO of Tricor China & Hong Kong from year 2012 to 2018, spearheaded the growth of Company Secretary services to listed companies and various types of private companies in Hong Kong and beyônd. She was a Past President / Council Member of The Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries. In recognition of her contribution to the development of Company Secretary services and enhancement of corporate governance, Mrs Seng was awarded "The Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries Prize 2017".
