Sr Pang has over 45 years of experience in general practice surveying and public administration. He was formerly the Commissioner of the Rating and Valuation Department of HKSAR (1999-2006). He had also served many important government positions, including Hong Kong Commissioner for Economic and Trade Affairs in USA based in Washington DC (1996-1999) and Land Registrar of the Hong Kong Land Registry (1993-1996). Sr Pang holds a Master Degree in Public Administration (MPA) from the Harvard University USA in 1991 and was conferred the University Fellowship by PolyU in 2007. Sr Pang was the Founding President of the Association (2012-2014 and 2014-2016). He is now member of PolyU Court, Adjunct Professor of PolyU and Honorary Advisor of Federation of PolyU Alumni Associations. He is also member of Hong Kong Housing Society and board member of Lincoln Institute of Land Policy in the United States of America. Sr Pang was the founding President of the Association from 2012-2016 and continued to serve the Board of Director until December 2018.
