The OPAA held its annual signature event "OPAA Master Class ~ Third Speakers Fourm" on 11 November on PolyU campus. Three members of the Association, including Ir Wong Tit-shing, Ir Dr Chan Fuk-cheung and Ir Dr Samson Tam Wai-ho, shared their valuable experience with the audience. Prof. Alan Lau Kin-tak, Associate Dean (Industrial Relations), Faculty of Engineering of PolyU was the facilitator of the Forum.

The Association also presented the OPAA Scholarships and prizes to the outstanding mentees of the “OPAA Master Class ~ Mentorship Programme” of the year. Two scholarship recipients shared their experience with the audience. Selected mentees of the current academic year also had a chance to meet with some mentors of the Mentorship Programme at a Kick-off Gathering.

The "OPAA Master Class", featuring a forum and an activity-based mentorship programme, is the series of signature events of the Outstanding PolyU Alumni Association. During the Forum, members of the Association would share their valuable experience and life reflections with PolyU students and young alumni in order to help them better equip themselves for personal and professional development. During the Mentorship Programme, selected students would have the unique opportunities to connect with and learn from members of the Association who are all prominent senior executives, through different types of “shadowing activities” and face-to-face meetings.
