The Association hosted its first Master Class Speaker Forum online successfully on 5 February 2021, attracting over 360 registrations of PolyU students and alumni, as well as mentors and mentees of INSPIRE Mentorship Programme.

The panel discussion was moderated by the OPAA President, Ir Eric Ma Siu-cheung, GBS, JP, Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of NWS Holding Limited.
Ir Chan shared his career adventures and accomplishments, during which he emphasized his "can-do" spirit and introduced the seven attributes of highly effective people. Elton talked about his growing up and showed a video capturing special moments when he conquered Mount Everest and journeys of pushing himself to the next level through his entrepreneur and charity endeavours.
The inspiring talks had drawn many questions from the participants. The Forum was concluded by Ir Ma who shared the same opinion with the speakers. "We should set high goals and develop our potentials, strengths, focuses and perseverance." "Opportunities come to those who are well-prepared." The more we deliberately stretch outside our comfort zone, the more confident we will be able to tackle the new challenges in the ever-changing environment.
