On 30 April 2019, PolyU presented the "Outstanding Alumni Award 2019" to nine alumni at the award presentation ceremony and dinner at Hotel ICON. They are (in alphabetical order of last name): Mr Chu Chen-on, Dr Herman Lau Mun-cheung, Sr Lau Ping-cheung, GBS, JP, Ir Arthur Lee Kam-hung, Mr Alex Lui Chun-wan, Mr Elton Ng Chun-ting, Mrs Natalia Seng Sze Ka-mee, Mr Dominic Tam Jo-tak and Mr Marcellus Wong Yui-keung.
The Association hosted a Cocktail Reception on the same day to welcome the new members. They were warmly received by Ir Eric Ma Siu-cheung, GBS, JP, President of the Association, Ir Chan Siu-hung, JP, Honorary Secretary of the Association, and Ir Dr Wong Tit-shing, Director of the Association.
