The OPAA held its annual signature event "OPAA Master Class ~ Fourth Speaker Fourm" on 3 November on PolyU campus.  Dr Rebecca Lee Lok-sze, MH, Founder of Polar Museum Foundation (OPAA 2003 Recipient) shared her valuable experience in polar exploration, research, environmental protection and education with the audience. Mr Samuel Wong King-on, Honorary Secretary of the Association was the facilitator of the Forum.

The Association also presented five OPAA Scholarships to the outstanding mentees of the "OPAA Master Class ~ Mentorship Programme" of the year.  Two core group members of OPAA Mentees' Circle shared their experience with student applicants of Mentorship Programme of the current academic year.  They also had a chance to meet with some mentors of Mentorship Programme at a Kick-off Gathering held right after the Forum.

The "OPAA Master Class", featuring a speaker forum and an activity-based mentorship programme, is the series of signature events of the Outstanding PolyU Alumni Association. During the forum, members of the Association would share their valuable experience and life reflections with PolyU students and young alumni in order to help them better equip themselves for personal and professional development. During the mentorship programme, selected student mentees would have the unique opportunities to connect with and learn from members of the Association, who are all prominent senior executives, through different types of "shadowing activities" and face-to-face meetings.
